Notes From You

We should use smiles often, the Lord made them especially for humans.

All of you who have an extra day off on Friday now know what to do with yourselves. Make a point of stopping by for a visit; use the newsletter as your tour guide. Make a day of it, we have over 3,000 for your enjoyment. And the computer is close to the leftover Thanksgiving goodies!

Positive Outlook
Microsoft Outlook has proven to be an excellent choice for the upgrade path. As everyone is coming off of a variety of systems and switching to a single standard, Outlook makes the transition easy. Tate Madler, our valient leader, has found that you can convert almost any organization tool into the Outlook files. We have already taken our former Organizer files and successfully completed the conversion. Next on the adjenda is to switch our clients files, all of whom are using a diverse array of programs. With the ease of conversion, none of the information will have to be manually re-entered, a process that could have taken days even for a small office.

On the LAN
Midnight Oil
There have been several late nights for us this past week. Work is continuing with the law firms after hours to avoid interfering with their hectic schedules. On Monday Tate replaced Bardot which, after a long period of non-use, came up with an unprecedented problem that read "Personality conflict!" The Studio will be bringing the schitzophrenic machine in for testing and, if necessary, a complete overhaul. On Tuesday the installation and set-up of the secretary's computer was completed. She is the proud owner of one of the Hewlett Packard Pavilions which many of the office members purchased en masse at an incredible promotional price.

On the See

Radon
Radon is a gas. Radon is radioactive. Radon can be found in basements of contaminated neighborhoods, including the location of Qru Studios. Hardcorp wants to warn you about this. But don't be paranoid, radon contamination is rare. Just look at the information on their Periodic Table and then go complacently about your lives.

Client Side
Dancing With Dogs
Christine and Tate met with the president of Pet Times, a nationally ditributed newspaper, on Wednesday. The major topic of discussion was the creation of Global Pet Mall, their on-line mall dedicated to products and services for our beloved pets. Planning includes all members of the Mall being refered to Qru Studios for web site creation. We have also made plans to train the Pet Times staff to make most efficient use of their computer software.

Tate has had meetings all around town this week with companies interested in our services. How will it all turn out? Only time will tell.
