AGNOSTIC

Agnostics take no firm stance as to whether or not there is in fact a God. This belief, or lack thereof, generally manifests itself in one of two ways.

• The person who does not believe in God but is willing to accept that they may be wrong if it could be proven.
• The person who does believe in some greater, spiritual power in nature but do not believe that it is an intelligent force.

The qualifying difference between agnostics and true atheists is that agnostics accept that there is a spiritual side to the world while atheists tend to reject the notion. Agnostics may also have some sort of belief in an after-life while atheists agree that there is nothing after death.
