WET PAINT was an art opening shortly before the first rave. The first floor space from kitchen to foyer was decked with all types and colors of frames ornate and otherwise. Wherein hung a white picture areas depicting nothing but the red lettered signs hung on subway surfaces reading: WET PAINT as pictured above. A hint of Dadaism? Perhaps, but it took on the appeal of installation surreal rather depicted how the Know Madz were just beginning the settlement, and they were a fresh and force with unseen strength able to go anywhere from this point.
